The patron saint of Sparanise is Saint Vitalian, whose patronal feast is held every 27 January in the Church of San Vitaliano.
Among the most popular festivities is also the Gran Carnevale Caleno, a carnival parade held annually. In the last week of May, the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows adorned with a mantle is carried in procession, while another feast recalls the miraculous apparition of the Madonna del Torello. The town also holds the Church of the Annunziata.
