The patron of Valle di Maddaloni is Saint Pancras the Martyr, celebrated on 12 May in the Church of San Pancrazio.
The town's most cherished identity event, however, is the Festa della Mela Annurca (Annurca apple festival), organized every year by the Pro Loco «Valle» and reaching its thirty-first edition in 2025, dedicated to the «Queen of apples» of Campania. The town sits at the foot of the Ponti della Valle, the great Caroline aqueduct, and also holds the Church of San Pietro Apostolo and the Church of the Santissima Annunziata.
