For the commemoration of the patron, San Bartolomeo Apostolo, on the evening of 23 August the whole village of Fiumalbo, stream included, is dotted with little lights, and in this atmosphere a procession is held through the streets with the two village confraternities known as the 'bianchi' and the 'rossi'; the feast is on 24 August.
In the medieval village, lit only by torches, the living nativity scene is staged, with re-enactments of ancient trades; since 1984, after a pause of almost thirty years, it has been held every two years. The municipality also holds the Santuario della Madonna del Costolo and the Torre del castello di Fiumalbo.
