The patron of Polinago is San Rocco. In August various cultural initiatives take place in the municipality and its hamlets, including the thousand-year-old fair of San Rocco on 16 August.
Another point of interest is the many castles in the area, first of all the castle of Brandola, already mentioned in documents of the 11th century; the Castello di Gombola is also here. The municipality also holds the Oratorio di Santa Rita dell'Oca, the church of the Beata Vergine Assunta and Santa Maria Bambina.
