The patron of Caorso is Saint Mary Assumed into Heaven, celebrated on 16 August in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta.
June brings the Festa per il Po, la sua gente e la sua terra, dedicated to the river, with food stalls and sports events including a march and fishing competitions. Since 2007, the local pro loco has also organized, at the end of May, the Sagra della crostata and Spring Feast, at the square facing the Rocca, and in early September the Sagra dell'anitra (duck feast). The town also holds the Rocca Mandelli.
