The patron saint of Conselice is Saint Martin of Tours, celebrated on 11 November in the Church of San Martino Vescovo. Already in the town's Statute, 11 November appears as a holiday for his feast, still the patron of Conselice today; for their many proven acts of loyalty over time, the people of Conselice were praised by Eleonora d'Este.
The Carnevale di San Grugnone has been held on Ash Wednesday and the second Sunday of Lent since 1919; since 2023 it has been included among the 15 historic Carnivals in the regional register established by law 14/2022. On 25 March, the Festa dla Madòna dj Garzon is also celebrated. The town also holds the Church of San Maurelio and the Teatro Comunale.
