On 16 August Villesse celebrates its patron saint, San Rocco, with events and food and wine stands in the parish recreation area. By tradition the two quarters of the village, the 'Plaza' and the 'Porciaria', compete in a series of contests, from which the winner of the sagra emerges.
On the last Sunday of October the Festa del Ringraziamento is celebrated, with a small market and food and wine kiosks in the centre run by local associations; in mid-October the non-competitive footrace 'corsa dei fasans' (pheasant race) takes place, traditionally organised by the local section of the blood donors.
