The patron of Filacciano is Sant'Egidio, celebrated on 1 September.
The municipality also holds the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, the church of San Nicola di Bari and the Riserva Naturale Regionale Nazzano Tevere-Farfa. Typical products of the local cuisine are the fried pizzas, the «falloni» (rustic savoury bakes born of peasant tradition, still prepared today following an ancient recipe based on bread dough and sautéed greens) and the classic egg-pasta «fettuccine».
