The patron saint of Casanova Lerrone is Saint Antoninus of Apamea, celebrated on 2 September, in the parish church dedicated to him in the main town, built in the Baroque style: inside it preserves a 1552 polyptych, attributed to the Brea painting school, and a wooden group depicting the Annunciation.
The town also preserves the parish church of Santi Antonio e Giuliano, in the hamlet of Vellego, whose organ, dated 1882, is the work of the organ-builder Angelo Dessiglioli. Casanova Lerrone also includes the sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Visitazione di Degna, the chapel of San Pantaleo, the church of Santi Apostoli Pietro e Paolo, and the two castles of Poggiolo and Doria.
