The patron saint of Vendone is Saint Antoninus, celebrated on 2 September. The parish church dedicated to him stands in the municipal main village.
The village still holds several medieval tower-houses today. On the southern slope of Monte Peso Grande stands the sanctuary of San Calocero, while in the hamlet of Curenna stands the parish church of Nostra Signora della Neve. Besides the main village, the municipality is made up of the hamlets of Borgo, Cantone, Castellaro, Celsa, Crosa, Curenna, Leuso, Vallone and Villa.
