The patronal feast of Gandosso is the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, on 25 March, to whom the Chiesa di Santa Maria Annunziata is dedicated.
The municipality in the province of Bergamo also holds the Chiesa della Madonna del Castello and the Chiesa del Sacro Cuore, while Monte dell'Ingannolo is among the sites of its territory.
