The patron of Cellatica is Saint George the Martyr, celebrated on 23 April in the Church of San Giorgio Martire, with the procession of the patron's statue through the streets of the town.
The last Sunday of May, instead, brings the Madonna procession through the streets of the town, linked to the Shrine of the Madonna della Stella. The town also holds the Church of the Sacra Famiglia and the Zani Foundation House Museum.
