The patron of Dello is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April in the Church of San Giorgio Martire.
Throughout the year, the municipality holds numerous fairs and feasts, the most famous of which is held on the fourth Sunday of October: the Sagra del fungo chiodino (Honey Mushroom Fair), which draws several thousand visitors every year, mostly from neighbouring towns. During the fair, chiodino mushrooms can be bought at the central stand or enjoyed stewed. The town also holds the Pieve di Santa Maria della Formigola.
