The patron of Albese con Cassano is Saint Margaret, celebrated on 5 July in the Church of Santa Margherita.
The town's traditions include concerts, art exhibitions and popular feasts, as well as the «Fabio Casartelli» cycling ride, usually organized on the third Sunday of July in memory of the late cyclist. The town also holds the Oratory of Santa Elisabetta and the Church of San Pietro.
