The patron saint of Codogno is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February in the Church of San Biagio e della Beata Vergine Immacolata.
The November autumn fair is a livestock and agricultural show of national importance, whose first edition was held in 1791. The municipal territory also holds the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of Caravaggio and the Church of Santi Teodoro e Paradiso, as well as Villa Biancardi.
