The patron of Livraga is Saint Januarius, celebrated on the first Sunday of September.
Carlo Livraghi, speaking for the faithful gathered in church, made a formal vow to the Madonna that, should the town be spared from a grave danger, a procession with the image of the Immaculate Madonna would be held every year on the evening of 31 May: the tradition is still renewed today. The town holds the Museo del lavoro povero e della civiltà contadina Mazzocchi-Bertolotti, the Oratorio di San Lorenzo Martire and Villa Vittadini.
