The patron saints of Bovisio-Masciago are Saint Pancras, patron of Bovisio, celebrated on the last Sunday of September in the Parish Church of San Pancrazio, and Saint Martin of Tours, patron of Masciago, celebrated on the second Sunday of November.
On the occasion of the feast of Saint Pancras, «Expo Brianza» is held, a local craft exhibition organised together with neighbouring towns. For the feast of Saint Martin, a re-enactment parade of the saint's life has been repeated for 50 years, accompanied by various events. The municipal territory also holds the Groane and Brughiera Briantea Park and the GruBrìa Park.
