The patron of Agugliano is Saint Anastasius, celebrated every year on 22 January.
The church dedicated to him was built by the town in the sixteenth century and holds, on its left side, a seventeenth-century canvas by the Ancona-born painter Antonio Francesco Peruzzini. The town also holds Castel d'Emilio and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
