The patron of Montedinove is Saint Lawrence (san Lorenzo), celebrated on 10 August.
In summer, usually on 12 and 13 August, the sagra «Montedinove Sapori ed Arte» has been held for several years, filling the village with visitors interested in food and wine traditions: live shows for children and families are staged around the small old town and typical specialities from local producers can be bought. In autumn the festival «Sibillini in Rosa» takes place, dedicated to the rosy apple of the Sibillini Mountains.
