The patron of Belforte all'Isauro is Saint Lawrence (san Lorenzo), celebrated on 10 August; the municipality holds the Chiesa di San Lorenzo Martire.
The Festa del miele e dei prodotti autunnali (honey and autumn products festival) takes place on the weekend of the second week of October: the market exhibition, with typical dishes prepared by the inhabitants of Belforte and by local artisan bakeries and honey-based sweets, is accompanied by music, concerts and shows for children. The municipality also holds the Castello del Barone di Beaufort.
