The patron saint of Cassine is Saint James, celebrated on 25 July; for the patronal festivities, the Corpo Bandistico Cassinese «Francesco Solia» holds the «Musica sotto le stelle» concert every fourth Monday of July.
The third weekend of June brings the Scorribanda cassinese, a festival of marching bands and folk groups organised by the same band. In September, an important costume event takes place, the Medieval Festival, while the third Sunday of October sees an event dedicated to Sant'Urbano, venerated in the church of the town's convent complex. The town also holds the Church of San Francesco and Palazzo Zoppi.
