Serralunga di Crea lies in the Monferrato, and the ring of the walled ricetto can still be made out, enclosing a smaller space than today's settlement. The two towers on the coat of arms recall the old castle that stood on the Bric Castelvelli, of which few remains are left. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Sebastian.
The Sacro Monte di Crea, a UNESCO World Heritage site, lies within the municipal territory, with the nature park of the same name. The sanctuary front is set in two orders, with a mosaic in the middle and an arcaded porch below; on either side two lower blocks with pediments and crosses.
