In Argentera the patrons differ from hamlet to hamlet: Saint Peter and Saint Paul for Argentera, celebrated on 29 June, Saint Lawrence for Bersezio, Saint James for Ferrere, Saint Mary Magdalene for Prinardo, Mary of the Assumption for Servagno and Saint Anne for Grange.
The calendar of feasts and fairs includes the Festa dei santi Pietro e Paolo, the Occitan fair, on the third Sunday of August, and the Festa del Benedetto Crocifisso. The name of Francesco Besucco, a young shepherd and pupil of Don Bosco, of whom the saint wrote a biography, is tied to the village; the «Nouvè», the Christmas songs, are still part of the traditional rites of the Christmas festivities, with small theatrical performances accompanied by music and songs.
