The patron saints of Caramagna Piemonte are Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February, and Blessed Caterina Mattei, co-patroness, celebrated on the fourth Sunday of September with a dedicated fair.
On 5 January, the «Cous Cous e Bagna Càuda» dinner is held, an evening dedicated to integration and intercultural exchange; the last weekend of June brings the Summer Festival, and the last Sunday of October the Fritter Festival, paired with a second-hand market. The municipal territory also holds the Abbey of Santa Maria and the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.
