The patron saint of Costigliole Saluzzo is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June.
Every year, the last-Sunday-of-September festival is dedicated to the Quagliano grape, and in recent years has become a Festival of Regional Interest. The town is also known for the Tonda di Costigliole, a very rare apricot. The municipal territory also holds the Reynaudi Castle of Costigliole Saluzzo and the parish church of Santa Maria Maddalena, as well as Il Castellotto.
