The patrons of Pietraporzio are the Madonna del Carmine (Our Lady of Mount Carmel) and Saint Stephen (santo Stefano); the patronal feast is set on 3 August and the municipality holds the Chiesa di Santo Stefano Protomartire.
The municipality also holds the church of the Beata Vergine Maria Assunta and the peaks Testa della Costabella del Piz, Cima del Gias, Testa del Ferro and Punta Zanotti.
