The patron saint of Romagnano Sesia is Saint Silvanus, celebrated on 10 July in the Church of Santissima Annunziata e San Silvano.
In 1740, the youth congregation was born, based in the church of the Madonna del Popolo; in the years 1755-1760, the traditional feast of the Magi Kings of the shepherd boys and girls was promoted, still revived today on 6 January in even years. A purely local peculiarity, not found in traditional iconography, is that in Romagnano Sesia the Magi kings are four, including the figure of a small Moorish king. The town also holds Villa Caccia and the Historical Ethnographic Museum of the Lower Valsesia.
