Beinasco celebrates Saint James on 21 July; the patronal feast, held every third Sunday of July, is today known as the Beinasco Summer Festival and has hosted over the years nationally renowned artists such as The Kolors, Giusy Ferreri and Alex Britti.

Every third Sunday of July, the patronal feast of Saint James is held, today known as the Beinasco Summer Festival: over the years it has hosted nationally renowned singers, such as The Kolors in 2023, Giusy Ferreri in 2024 and Alex Britti in 2025. Every year, at the end of June and start of July, the event «Gospel sotto le stelle» is also held, organised by the Free Voices Gospel Choir, a nationally renowned gospel music event. The town also holds the church of the Madonna del Rosario and the Medieval Tower of Beinasco.
