The patron saint of Bruino is Saint Martin of Tours, celebrated on 11 November in the Parish Church of San Martino, next to the Castello di Bruino.
The municipal territory also holds the church of Santa Maria Goretti and the Chapel of San Rocco. The town also holds the «Sandro Pertini» Theatre.
