The patron saint of San Raffaele Cimena is Saint Bernard, celebrated on 23 August.
The municipal territory holds the confluence of the Po, Orco and Malone rivers, as well as the Church of San Raffaele Arcangelo. The town also holds the Parish Church of the Sacred Heart and the church of the Madonna degli Angeli.
