The patrons of Carapelle are Saint Francis of Paola and Our Lady of the Rosary, celebrated on the first Sunday of October.
In early September, the «Grano Arso» (burnt wheat) fair is held, recognized by UNPLI as a Quality Fair. On 7 December, the Falò dell'Immacolata bonfire is lit, and on the last Saturday of October, the Chestnut Fair is held. The town also holds the Church of San Giuseppe Sposo and the Villa Comunale.
