The patron of Cannole is Saint Vincent Ferrer, celebrated on 5 April and, with the patronal feast, on 2 and 3 August.
The town's calendar also includes the Fiera della Madonna di Costantinopoli, on Easter Monday, and the Festa della Municeddha, from 10 to 13 August; the municipality of 1,754 inhabitants in the province of Lecce holds the Menhir Santu Lasi, the Frantoio Ipogeo di Anfiano and the Santuario Madonna di Montevergine.
