The patron of Corsano is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February in the Church of San Biagio.
Though not a co-patron, Saint Bartholomew has his own town feast on 24 August. On 1 May, a traditional country fair is also held in the square in front of the Chapel of Santa Maura, a building whose original construction dates to around the 11th century. The town also holds the Church of Santa Sofia in Corsano and the Torre Specchia Grande.
