The patron of Busachi is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June, to whom the Chiesa di Sant'Antonio da Padova is dedicated.
The town's main feasts also include Saint Bernardino on 20 May, Saint Susanna on 11 August, celebrated with a novena in the country church dedicated to her, and Saint Anthony the Abbot on 16 January, with the traditional «tuvas»; Holy Week is deeply felt, with «s'iscravamentu» of Catalan origin, the deposition of Christ from the cross.
