The patron of Ossi is Saint Bartholomew the Apostle, celebrated on 24 August in the Church of San Bartolomeo.
Among the popular feasts and traditions is that of Saint Victoria, on 15 May, lasting two days, and that of Saint Cecilia, instituted in the mid-20th century by Paolo Derudas: originally a single day on 22 November, it was elevated to a fair in the 1960s and moved forward to July. On 25 July, Saint Christopher is also celebrated. The town also holds the Mesu 'e Montes necropolis and the Nuraghe Corte e Lottene.
