The patron of Sant'Antonio di Gallura is Saint Anthony the Abbot, celebrated on 17 January and on the last Sunday of September, whose name became part of the town's own name.
The church of Sant'Antonio Abate is dedicated to the saint; the town also has the churches of San Giacomo, of the Immaculate Conception and of San Santino Monaco and Sant'Elena Imperatrice.
