The patron saint of Sorso is Saint Pantaleon, celebrated on 27 July in the Church of San Pantaleo.
Holy Week celebrations open on the evening of Palm Sunday with the procession of the mysteries, and continue on Thursday with the Mass of the Lord's Supper and the rite of the washing of the apostles' feet by Jesus. The town also holds the Church of the Madonna di Noli Me Tollere and the Church of Sant'Anna, as well as the archaeological site of Santa Filitica.
