The patron saint of Serradifalco is Saint Leonard, Abbot of Noblac, whose liturgical day falls on 6 November, but whose religious feast is celebrated in Serradifalco on the second Sunday of August: the solemn mass celebrated at the mother church dedicated to him is followed by a deeply felt procession, drawing faithful from all over Sicily through the town's streets.
According to the writer Testa, every seven years, «at the stroke of midnight», «a magic fair» is said to take place in the small square in front of the fountain: the Piazzetta San Leonardo Abate, a very recent construction, was inaugurated on 7 August 2010. Serradifalco also preserves the Chiesa del Calvario, the church of San Giuseppe and that of Santa Maria del Carmelo.
