The patron of Ucria is the Santissimo Cristo della Pietà (Most Holy Christ of Piety), whose feast is held every year on 3 May and 14 September.
The town is home to the Museo Tipologico delle Arti Tradizionali di Sicilia (typological museum of traditional Sicilian arts); its churches include those of the Annunziata, San Pietro Apostolo and Santa Croce, while the natural sites of its territory include the Pizzo Mitta and Monte Castello.
