The patron saint of Bisacquino is Saint Rosalia, celebrated on 4 September.
The cathedral of San Giovanni Battista, rebuilt in 1720 on the layout of a 16th-century mother church, holds inside the tomb of the venerable Monsignor Giovanni Bacile. The town also preserves the chapel of the Madonna del Balzo, and just outside the built-up area the sanctuary of the Madonna del Balzo and the church of the Capuchins, places of ancient popular devotion in this town of the western Sicani Mountains.
