The patrons of Brentonico are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June in the Church of Santi Pietro e Paolo.
The territory harvests and sells marroni chestnuts, about a third of Trentino's total production, to which a festival in October is dedicated. In a small hamlet of the town, the patrons are instead Saint Anne and Saint Joachim, celebrated on 26 July. The town also holds Palazzo Eccheli Baisi and the ruins of the Castello di Dosso Maggiore.
