The patron saint of Serravalle Pistoiese is Saint Louis of Toulouse, celebrated on 19 August.
In the hamlet of Casalguidi, the Fiera di Casalguidi is held every year in mid-September, the most important and oldest fair among the comune's towns, whose first official edition dates back to 1885; it was once the day dedicated to the livestock fair. The town holds the Church of Santo Stefano and the Oratory of Santi Rocco e Sebastiano.
