The patrons of Sospirolo are Saints Peter and Paul, celebrated on 29 June.
The town holds the Certosa di Vedana, a Carthusian monastery still home to a monastic community, and overlooks the Cascata della Soffia waterfall. It also holds the church of San Remedio and Villa Sandi.
