The patron saint of Monselice is Saint Savino of Spoleto, celebrated on 2 November.
On 14 February, the jubilee sanctuary of the seven churches of Villa Duodo, which reproduces the pilgrimage to the seven major basilicas of Rome by grant of Pope Paul V, draws thousands of visitors and devotees for the feast of Saint Valentine: a priest gives a blessing to children and adults and hands them a «golden key». The complex also holds a fine marble-inlay altar frontal from the Corberelli workshop. The town also holds the Church of San Nicola and the «Orazio e Giulia Centanin» Museum of Thermal Machines.
