The patron saint of San Giorgio delle Pertiche is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April in the Church of San Giorgio delle Pertiche.
The town's main annual event is the ancient Fair of Arsego, a horse and livestock fair established in 1747 on the proposal of the brothers Zuanne and Bertucci Soranzo, then owners of Villa Pugnalin, to boost trade and the exchange of agricultural products; it reaches 278 years of history with the 2025 edition. The town also holds the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Cappella delle Acque.
