The patron of Spresiano is Our Lady of the Rosary, celebrated on the first Monday of October.
In the hamlet of Cesolle, an old «sagretta» in honour of the Madonna del Carmine is recalled every 16 July, depicted in a 1644 altarpiece by Pietro Della Vecchia kept in the adjoining oratory, rebuilt in the early nineteenth century by Antonio Diedo. The town also holds the little Church of San Giovanni and the Church of Visnadello.
