The patron of Tarzo is the Purification of Mary, celebrated on 2 February with the Candlemas Feast, in the Church of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The calendar of feasts also includes, between July and August, the Festa dell'Emigrante; on 24 August, at Arfanta, the Feast of Saint Bartholomew; in the first week of September, at Corbanese, the Festa Settembrina; and in October the Chestnut Feast. The town also holds the Archpriest's Church of Corbanese.
