The patron of Bardolino is Saint Nicholas, celebrated on 6 December in the Church of San Nicolò e San Severo.
Between June and August, the Regata delle Bisse is held, organized by the Lega Bisse del Garda, a stage of the bisse championship, the traditional Venetian rowing boats; the trophy at stake is the lake flag. Among the wine events are the Festa del Chiaretto in May, the Festa dell'uva in October and the Festa del Novello in November. The town also holds the Pieve di Santa Maria di Cisano.
