The patron of Dolcè is Saint Lucy, celebrated on 13 December in the Church of Santa Lucia.
On the first Sunday of Lent, in the hamlet of Peri, comes the charity Carnival, with the traditional maccheroni alla finanziera and a costume parade. At the end of June, in Volargne, comes the Festa d'estate (summer festival). The town holds Villa Del Bene, the Forte Ceraino, the Forte della Chiusa and the Riparo Soman.
