The patron of Cavaion Veronese is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June in the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
The third week of May brings the annual Asparagus Feast, with asparagus specialities and prize contests dedicated to the vegetable. Also known as «the third of July», the feast of the Madonna del Carmine includes various events, among them a wine contest dedicated to Bardolino Classico DOC and Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante DOC. The town also holds the church of San Gaetano da Thiene.
